What we collect, what we do with it, and what we will never do with your data.

Last updated: September 21, 2026

1. What we collect

When you create a Vannor account we collect your name, email address, and (if you start a paid plan) billing information processed by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store full payment card details.

Once you connect your site to Vannor we ingest first-party data from the services you authorize — Google Search Console queries, Google Analytics events, Meta and Google Ads campaign metrics, and the first-party Vannor Pixel events your visitors generate.

2. What we do with it

Your data trains the model that writes for your brand. It does not train any shared model used by other tenants. Specifically:

  • We fingerprint your existing site to constrain every generation to your voice.
  • We compare your real Search Console performance against your competitors' coverage to surface opportunities.
  • We never sell, license, or share your data with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or model providers.

3. Where it lives

Production data is stored on encrypted disks in NVIDIA Grace Blackwell compute owned and operated by Vannor. Backups are stored encrypted, retained for 30 days, and located in the same jurisdiction as your workspace.

4. Sub-processors

The following sub-processors handle limited classes of data:

  • Stripe / PayPal — payment processing only
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (sign-in, notifications)
  • Cloudflare — edge routing and DDoS protection

We don't use OpenAI, Anthropic, or any other third-party LLM provider for tenant inference. Your generations stay on Vannor hardware.

5. Text messages (SMS)

If you give Vannor a mobile number, we use it only to send you operational messages about your own account — a job that failed, something we published for you, or an answer you asked us for. We do not send marketing texts.

No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone. The only parties who ever see your number are the messaging providers that carry the message on our behalf, and they may not use it for anything else.

You opt in by entering your mobile number in your Vannor settings or by asking us in writing to text you. Message frequency varies with what happens in your account. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages, or HELP for help. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.

6. Your rights

You can export every byte we hold for your workspace from the Settings → Workspace tab, and you can delete your account (and all associated data) at any time. Deletion is permanent — backups roll out within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use one strictly-necessary cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising, no third-party tracking, no analytics on logged-in sessions.

8. Children

Vannor is a B2B tool. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

9. Changes

We'll email every active user at least 30 days before any material change to this policy. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
